Colorado Responds to Children with Special Needs (CRCSN) at Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE)

CRCSN is Colorado’s birth defects monitoring and prevention program.  CRCSN maintains a database of young children with birth defects, developmental disabilities and risks for  developmental delay; provides statistics to other programs, agencies and researchers; and prevents birth defects and related disabilities by linking children and families with early intervention services.
